01What is Daily Stock?

Daily Stock is inventory and WhatsApp catalog software for Indian wholesalers, distributors and manufacturers, made by TechnicalGuider in New Delhi. It syncs stock from your Google Sheet, builds branded PDF catalogs from live stock and sends them to your dealers on WhatsApp every morning.

02Do my dealers need to download an app?

No. Everything happens in the WhatsApp they already use. They tap a category in a menu and the catalog arrives in the same chat.

03Does it work with Tally, Busy or Marg?

It works alongside them. Keep your Google Sheet updated from your billing software, and Daily Stock reads the sheet every 15 minutes. There is no direct connection to Tally, Busy or Marg.

04Can dealers place orders inside Daily Stock?

Dealers order the way they do today: they reply in the same WhatsApp chat or call you. Every reply lands in one shared inbox for your team. There is no shopping cart or payment step.

05Is this an unofficial bulk-messaging tool?

No. Daily Stock runs on Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API with your own business number. Messages go out as Meta-approved templates, with paced sending.

06Can I change the 9 AM time?

Yes. 9:00 AM IST, Monday to Saturday, is only the default. You can choose any time and any days, and send a catalog to one dealer or all of them whenever you want.

07What if a dealer doesn't reply?

Their menu stays open for 24 hours. At the next scheduled send they get a fresh one, and Insights shows which dealers have gone silent or cold.

08Can my staff see or copy dealer phone numbers?

Only the roles you allow. Everyone else sees masked numbers in chats, dealer lists, campaign reports and CSV exports, and every change anyone makes is logged.

09Who pays for WhatsApp messages?

WhatsApp message charges are paid to Meta directly, on your own WhatsApp Business account.

10Is it only for footwear?
