Service Delivery Policy

Nothing physical is shipped

Daily Stock is a software service made by TechnicalGuider, New Delhi. You use it at dailystock.in and in the Daily Stock apps for iPhone and Android. There are no goods, discs or devices, and no shipping charges.

How the service is delivered

• Free trial: your workspace is created and ready the moment you sign up with Google or email, with 14 days of Growth plan features.
• Paid plans: you pay in the App through Razorpay. The plan is active as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment to us, usually within a minute. If you pay during the trial, the plan starts when the trial ends.
• Invoices: a GST tax invoice is emailed to your invoice email when each payment is confirmed, and every invoice can be downloaded from Settings > Plan & billing.
• Team members: invites arrive by email (or a link you share on WhatsApp) and work for 7 days.

Setup

The setup wizard checks every step by itself: your Google Sheet, your WhatsApp Business number, the message templates, a test message, your dealers and the daily send time. Some steps depend on Meta’s and Google’s own reviews (for example, Meta usually reviews a display name or a message template within a few hours, sometimes up to a day). A free 15-minute onboarding call, in Hindi or English on WhatsApp, is available from every step.

Where we deliver

Daily Stock is offered to businesses in India and priced in Indian Rupees. It works anywhere with an internet connection.

If something has not reached you

If a paid plan is not active within an hour of payment, an invoice did not arrive, or you cannot sign in, write to hello@technicalguider.com or call or WhatsApp +91 96549 28232 (Mon–Sat, 10 AM–7 PM IST) with your business name and the Razorpay payment id. We fix it within one working day. Payments, cancellations and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
